The USMC reversible MARPAT LWH helmet cover is designed for use with the Lightweight Helmet. It provides camouflage concealment and protection for the helmet shell, with reinforced openings for accessories. The cover is reversible with woodland MARPAT on one side and desert MARPAT on the other.
