The US military Woodland Improved Rainsuit Parka is a waterproof and breathable outer shell designed for wet weather protection. It is made from laminated nylon fabric with fully sealed seams to keep out moisture during extended field use.

• Material: Waterproof breathable laminate with seam sealing
• Design: Hooded parka with front zipper and storm flap

Issued to U.S. Army personnel as part of the Improved Rainsuit system during the late 1990s and 2000s.
